There are so many different ways to spice up your oatmeal. Over time, I've adjusted my best-meal-of-the-day to be both extremely delicious & contain as much nutrients & antioxidants that I can fit into my bowl!


Cinamon Ginger Nice Cream

One of my favorite go to's for breakfast or a small snack. This nice cream is everything you already love about ice cream, except it's light, cruelty free, & easy on the stomach!
